Working Capacity:
0.3 - 3 mm Edge thickness cap., min. panel width 22 mm; max. panel thickness 60 mm; Feed speed variable up to 18 - 24 MPM (59 - 78 FPM).
Equipped with:
Pre-Milling Unit 3481:
(2) motors, 3 kW, 9000 RPM each, pneumatic controlled/jump milling spindles and adjustable, manual with digital indicator in-feed fence.
Hot Melt Glue System "QA 34" Quick-Melt Unit:
with heated glue roller;
Edge Magazine Unit 2456:
Automatic (2) coil/strip magazine, coils 0.3 - 3.0 mm.
Pressure Section:
Pressure roll section with (3) rollers, (1) large dia. driven & (2) idle rollers; with pneumatic pressure control for straight edges
HOMATIC "NC 21" Power Control System:
Controller operates in Windows-XP environment; Keypad w/LCD display, fault diagnostic, etc.; diagnostic analysis from HOMAG service support via Modem.

End Trimming Unit: (

Flush/Pre-Trimming Unit 3201:
Top & bottom trim station, 0.55 kW - 12,000 RPM +/- 1° angle adjustment, manual positioning with digital counters.

Profile Edge Scraping Unit:
